This is for Flexiprin by Better Health Nutritionals. I should know better as I've had 4 knee surgeries and have tried so many supplements I'm practically an expert on what doesn't work. "Relief in a hour" should have been my first clue. They should not be allowed to make a statement like this. Anyway, I want relief like we all do and thought I would try with the 90 day money back guarantee. I gave it a fair chance taking it exactly as suggested and got no relief at all. I've learned my lesson so I kept even the empty bottles. Here's the catch if some unfortunate buyers did not. They charge $40 for every (empty) bottle you do not return. Also, if the return is not back ON THE 90TH DAY you lose all your money. This is not obviously stated and I'm sure many people have lost their money. This to me this is dishonest and should tell you something about this company. I luckily did and after arguing with the customer service rep about how much I used and why I don't want to keep trying I eventually got my money back. Not to mention for the second time I felt NO RELIEF from the product. Save your time and money and stay away.

I have tried everything too & finally found something that works. It provides alot of relief for me.

I know it works because I had run out of it & had a return of unbearable pain.

I do not generally take the time to review products but I am so greatful for the improvement that I feel compelled to urge others to at least give it a try.

Would not take back my product

I was in a severe car accident shortly after ordering this product and was hospitalized for several months. By the time I got around to being well enough to go through things, I noticed that I had these unopened bottles. I called the company and was only about 3 weeks past the 90 days but they would NOT return my product. I even spoke with a manager and still no help. I will never work with a company who doesn't make exceptions for people who almost lost their lives. I can't imagine my $195 order is worth me telling all my friends and family about what happened and never ordering from this company again. Its a real shame.

It is unfortunate for your accident but is it hardly saying it didn't work.

To: SC. This is not the point of whether this worked or not.

The person was injured in a car accident and was not well enough to cancel the orders after his requesting the free or reduced cost sample.

He now would probably need much more than this silly supplement.

Customer Service - Rude and insulting.

I called into the toll free number after listening to a program about Flexiprin. The rep (Danny) conducted himself like a used car salesman. High pressure. Attempting to close a deal immediately. Questioned how much I cared for my loved ones when I said i would review the information and call back in. Because of this heavy handed experience I elected to not give my business to the company. If the product is good, it will sell itself. Danny was disgraceful. He reflects badly on any legitimate business. I will likely not do business with this company. Thanks but no thanks.

I had the same rude response when i said i would talk it over with my wife. I was insulted and talked to like a little kid. My wife said that with such high pressure tactics shee would question the truthfulness of the product. This was my thought while i talked to the flexoprin rep.

Sent an order I did not order & forged my Credit Card Expire date

This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did they send me an order I did not order, they kept running up the expire date on my card to get it to approveunauthorized charges. After calling the company the reps were rude, arrogant, & lied saying I had given them a new card info.I did not . They forged the expire date. Do not do any business with this bunch. They are dishonest & apparently working commission in an attempt to just arbitrarily send out orders people did not order. Forging expire dates on credit cards is also stealing.

Flexiprin, Sharks

On May 27, I ordered Flexiprin after listening to a Radio ad. The word "free" is used very frequent. When you call they force you to take more and they force you to go on some sort of manager special. I told them that I will call them and ask / authorize /order if & when I am ready if I need more. They tell you on the bottle you need to increase your intake of this product by two for the first few weeks. The product DID NOT work and since I had half a bottle left (after following their instruction) I stop with no good results and I did not order again. I stopped using the product in mid May. On June 27 I got an email alert from my credit card company that "Flexiprin and their LLC" charged my credit card with another shipment. I called my CC company and put a block on the account. I called the "FlexiPrin credit card robbers" and asked them why they charged my card -They did not listen and follow my original orders. I did not authorize this transaction and did not ask for it. While on the phone with them i also received their email that this was shipped out to me. I asked the woman (i do not want to say lady) to cancel and stop everything. She then sent me and email (third email from Flexiprin "robbers")that they canceled the order. So this is on Thursday June 27. Monday July 1, we receive the cancelled "unwanted product". I call flexiprin again--and they say if we want a refund we need to ship it back to them on our dime and it needs to be registered and marked for prove of delivery....more money. I told them I will RMA it on their dime and I am not paying for it and that I did speak to AMEX about it. Flexiprin says "I approved future orders" when I ordered and signed up in the beginning and they will tell AMEX that I approved it. Also they say they will tell AMEX that they will refund me if I send the product back to them and I am not willing to send it back….this is wrong. I will send it back to them but not on my dime! I just called AMEX and gave them this story from Flexiprin too. They added the information to the dispute we opened on Thursday the 27th. Be careful of the flexiprin sharks. They try to sucker you into something---when you tell them you will try their product they force you into signing up and then "they" take charge of your wallet and conveniently never remember what you said. May their souls roast in ***!! Watch out for them!!!!!!!!! Flexiprin—I will tell everybody about your modus operandi

DOES NOT WORK

The problem is, nothing happened. Relief in a couple of hours is completely not true. I've taken it for a month with not even a bit of a change even though I tried very hard to detect something, anything... and nothing. Convinced that it must work because the doctor on the radio was so convincing, I kept taking it. The claim was that it worked in 100% of the people who tried it and I know that is certainly not true. I also gave some to a friend to try. It did not work for him either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS USELESS PRODUCT!

To: Harry. The field of medicine takes a long time of sweat and effort to accumulate all of this education and skills.

Do you not believe that doctors can be discontented with their professions and feel as if they need a financial boost somehow?

They practice their skills to be able to sound convincing and to become radio salesmen. They are prepped and trained for this. If they can learn to be a doctor, they can learn anything else - how to public speak, brand a "unique" product and market this.

Have you noticed in many of these infomercials how each will criticize a product manufactured by another brand?

They are the only one with the holy grail. Think about this.

FLEXIPRIN DOES NOT WORK !!!

FLEXIPRIN IS A SCAM !!!

I ordered 6 bottles of the Flexiprin product on 22Apr13 for $194.85. Two weeks passed and the product was not received.

I called the Flexiprin Customer Service Representive on 06May13 and was told that due to a high volumn of orders the shipment had been delayed and offered me a 25% refund ($48.71) as a result of shipment delay. Every week I called regarding the status of the order. On 22May13 I was informed that the order had been shipped to the wrong address and the package would be reprocessed and sent to me within 5 to 7 days. The package finally arrived on 28Jun13.

I tried taking the Flexiprin product over the next two months and each time I tried taking this product my kidneys would hurt and I finally gave up on the product and called the Flexiprin Customer Service Rep for a Return Material Authorization Number on 26Aug13, whereby I could return the unused product for a refund in accordance with Flexiprin 90 day guarantee. Per USPS Tracking and Confirmation Service, the returned package was received by Better Health Nutritionals (Flexiprin) Company on 29Aug13 @ 10:56am. I called on 10Sep13 regarding the status of my refund and was told that it would be credited to my Visa Account within 5 to 7 days. I called again on 19Sep13 and spoke with the floor supervisor regarding the status of my refund and was told that Flexiprin refund procedure took 45 days to process and that my refund would be credited to my Visa Account by 14Oct13.

On 15Oct13 my refund had not been credited to my Visa Account and I called again regarding my refund and was told that an email would be sent to Corporate regarding my refund. On 24Oct13 my refund still had not been credited to my Visa Account and I again called regarding my refund and was told that the floor supervisor would send an email to Corporate to expedite my refund on a Rush Basis. As of 31Oct13 I still have not received my product refund and was given the same spill regarding an email to Rush my refund.

In my opinion, the Flexiprin product is a SCAM and the Better Health Nutritionals Company that markets this product is scaming people of their money with no intentions to honoring the 90 day guarantee.

Flexiprin Scam

I ordered some Flexiprin with the promise that I could get a full refund within 90 days of the order. It didn't work. Just as I'm getting ready to get my refund, they automatically send me a second order that I didn't order. Now they tell me they can only refund this last order and are keeping the $49 from the first order even though it didn't work. Total scamming to get your credit card and charge you automatically!! Plus it didn't even work. Their promise is that you get relief in TWO HOURS and I went 3 weeks with no relief whatsoever.

Flexiprin pain relief caps

I called in to order Flexiprin which claims to be a very effective pain reliever with natural ingredients. Even though they make a "free" claim on radio and TV and then use the word "free" supply, as with all things it is anything but free. It's "Bait & Switch" selling at its worst. When I finally reached a customer service rep she tried and tried to sell more of the product even though i had not even used it yet, nor knew much about it. Turns out there is no free anything. I ordered the smallest order but then the pressure started to get on autoship or you could not get the same price. None of this was ever mentioned in the radio ad and the price without autoship was more expensive. She said I could cancel at anytime if not satisfied. A couple of days later I called to track my order and the customer service rep informed me she did not yet have a Tracking # & could not give me any further information. I informed her I was totally disgusted with the companies lack of customer service or ability to even know if an order had yet shipped! I feel like Im dealing with the 3 Stooges. Unbelievable. So I finally get an email with the order which shipped days later. This is inexcusable and the lame answer I got was they are busy which is doubtful. I run several companies and we would never, ever treat a customer this way. The only thing they did promptly was charge my credit card.

I've been taking the product for a few weeks and I've noticed significant improvement in my left knee. It used to be very painful going up and down the stairs especially when carring my children, but lately I've noticed I'm going up and down the stairs with minimal to NO pain.

I'm 47 years old and my knee pain started a year ago and has been getting progressively worse. I'm so glad I tried the product. As far as the customer service goes, I basically told them I couldn't afford the product so I was able to get one bottle for $19.95 as an introductory offer...that includes S&H. Then I just pay $49.95 for two bottles every two months on a auto pay program...I can cancel at anytime, but since I get reief from the prodict I won't be cancelling.

Hope this helps. :)

...Also, with the $49.95, the S&H are free. So I've had a great experience with the company thus far.

Lousy customer services - I would not want to order again - once they get your money they will not refund you - be careful

Guest

But, did it work?

Guest

This sh$% better work, but I have my doubts based on the sales tactics. Web site leads one to believe that it is buy two at $39.96 and get third free.

NO...it's buy THREE at $39.96 EACH. Dr.

Jahner also has very shady background with NO association to ANY legit University, etc. I will let you know if this stuff works...

I also would like to know if it worked, but some people only want to complain about poor customer service and then drop the ball about letting people know the important data! I wonder why that is. I guess if we want to know we will have to order it!
